Quick question -- How many vaccinations did you get as a kid?
Probably a LOT fewer than kids these days. In fact, children are required to get nearly 50 doses of 14 different vaccines before kindergarten!
By the age of 18, the CDC recommends 72 doses of 16 vaccines!
Does that seem a bit excessive?
It seems that no trip to the doctors office - for children or adults - is complete until you get your injections.
But many parents are asking whether we're giving kids too many shots... and whether these vaccines are are actually harming their immune systems and causing lifelong reactions.
And how are vaccines affecting seniors?
Does the flu shot really stop the flu? And what does it do to your immune system in the process?
Is there aborted fetal tissue in some of the vaccines on the CDC schedule?
