Dear ,
Is there "one diet" that could be considered the healthiest for most people?
Of course, these days a lot of people would say yes... the Paleo Diet. After all, this most closely resembles the diet of our biological ancestors... the one on which we evolved to thrive best.
And generally speaking, this might be true. Because the Paleo Diet focuses on healthy fats, protein and a rich variety of colorful vegetables, berries, nuts, seeds and fruit. Sounds healthy right?
Yes... but maybe not for you.
In fact, following a generally-prescribed diet might be why you feel sluggish at times — or even why you have chronic disease.
You see, there are 107 BILLION unique diets out there (for now). If you’re wondering how I came up with that figure, it’s simple. That’s about how many humans have ever lived.
Of course, some "diets" will work for some people. But it’s pure coincidence.
And there’s plenty of room for improvement...
Every person’s body has different dietary needs!
These differences are due to miniscule genetic variations called “single nucleotide polymorphisms” (SNPs). These tiny changes in your DNA determine which foods are best for you — AND which are toxic!
In fact, for some people, even “superfoods” like blueberries or kale could be a source of inflammation and poor health.
Given this information, it might seem hopeless to find the diet best for you. But our colleague Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby knows exactly how to do it. In fact, he pioneered the process.
On this page, he shares a simple technique for finding YOUR unique diet — and reaching your optimal health!
