Dear ,
I recently cooked (and then froze) 30 delicious and healthy dinner meals for my family.
That’s a total of 90 servings. And I did it by myself… in two
hours!
I assure you, I'm not Wonder Woman. But I do have a kitchen creation that gives me superpowers, which I'm happy to tell you about below.
I would also like to give you a recipe book today – nothing to sell and no opt-in required – just my gift to
you as a valued subscriber of Healing Gourmet!
Over the years, we’ve received many emails asking:
- How can I cook healthy foods on a tight budget?
- How can I cook healthy dinners… and save time in the kitchen?
A few years ago, I discovered a tool so effective at
achieving BOTH of these goals that I use it every week… sometimes a few times per week.
I’m talking about the Instant Pot – the modern version of the classic pressure cooker!
I LOVE the time-saving convenience... the nutrient-preserving benefits and... the complex “cooked-all-day” flavors you get in just minutes!
All that… and you get to enjoy meals at prices MUCH cheaper than drive through!
Here are a few of the dishes I made over the weekend (recipes included in the book):
- Paleo Butter Chicken – Just 15 minutes under pressure to silky, spicy, buttery bliss! Rice up some cauliflower and make a salad or sautéed veggies and dinner is on the table in 10 minutes. ($1.70 per serving)
- Coq au Vin (French Chicken with Wine) – Fall-apart chicken mingles with bacon, onions and wine for a flavorful fat-forward dish. Whip up cauliflower mashers and asparagus for a five-star French dinner! ($2.19 per serving)
- Paleo Grass-Fed Meatballs – Possibly my favorite Instant Pot recipe! There’s no pre-frying, and just a few simple ingredients for these classic Italian meatballs. Serve with Zoodles or Capello's grain-free pasta and a salad or steamed broccoli. ($1.92 per serving)
Now, about that
book…
I recently created a digital recipe book, called Paleo Instant Pot Recipes. Included are 20 of my favorite fast-and-easy Instant Pot recipes, plus four grain-free bread recipes for sopping up all that juicy
goodness!
