Dear ,
Are you taking handfuls of vitamins every day — yet still feeling tired or run down?
It’s a familiar story — bottles full of promises, but little real nourishment where your body needs it most.
Your body is designed to absorb nutrients from real food.
And when it comes to energy, strength, and vitality, there’s one
uncommon food that delivers a powerhouse of the very nutrients most people struggle to get enough of…
Lamb.
Based on your RDA, here’s what just four ounces of lamb provides:
- Vitamin B12 – 41% | essential for nerve and digestive health
- Selenium – 49% | supports thyroid function and detox
- Vitamin B3 (Niacin) – 39% | helps convert food into fuel
- Zinc – 31% | vital for immune function and
cellular repair
- Phosphorus – 23% | builds strong bones and teeth
- Iron – 15% | vital mineral for red blood cell production
And that’s not all — grass-fed lamb is also a natural source of omega-3 fats, oleic
acid, and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) — bioactive fats shown in studies to support heart, brain, and metabolic health.
Yet despite its impressive nutritional profile, Americans eat less than one pound of lamb per year — a fraction of what’s enjoyed in Mediterranean regions known for longevity and vitality.
If you’ve rarely cooked with lamb, fall is the perfect time to
start.
Try slow-cooked rosemary lamb stew, tender braised shanks, or this quick and deeply nourishing Lamb Burgers recipe below.
