I finally had my first good day in weeks… months even.
My alarm clock woke me up at 5:30am.
I had to rub my eyes and check the time again.
Because it was odd...
I wasn’t already awake just staring at the ceiling, or just about to drift back to sleep after a 4am wake up.
Nope, I had slept right through the night. (I even had a good size drool spot on my pillow. Embarrassing!)
I didn't toss and turn all night. I don't even remember waking up once.
My morning went great, I was in a good mood getting myself
and my son ready for the day.
When I settled down to work, my brain felt sharp and energized… no brain fog to speak of.
Around midday, I still felt great, so I signed up for an extra pilates class.
Even by mid-afternoon, when I usually crash, I was still going strong, cranking out more work.
No daily headache. No debilitating brain fog. No wondering how I’m going to make it through another day with zero energy.
I finally felt good.
