We’re often asked about Miracle Bread... “What makes this bread so special?”
Here’s some history on how this product came to be...
Here at Wellness Bakeries, we’ve been researching and developing grain-free and low-carb baking recipes for more than 15 years. During that time, we’ve developed dozens of amazing breads... alongside HUNDREDS of failed
tests.
And here’s what we found after all those years of testing:
- Most breads that are very low in carbs just don’t taste very good. You’ve probably heard breads like these described as “cardboard.”
- On the other hand, the grain-free breads that DO taste good… are usually very HIGH in carbs. To truly replicate the tastes, textures and aromas we all love about bread, usually requires starchy carbohydrates in the recipe.

That’s why we were so thrilled to discover the unique combination of ingredients – in just the proper ratio – to create Miracle Bread... a bread that’s very low in carbs (just 2g per serving) and tastes like
